		<description>What a wonderful customer service experience.  Adam certainly went above and beyond to ensure that National had your business.  This is a rare find in this day and age.  I may even consider renting from National the next time I travel!

		<description>I agree.  Kathy was wonderful!  I have had similar experiences in the past few weeks.  I contacted Verizon's Tech Support for DSL for a relative and all of the people that I spoke to were very patient and knowledgeable.  One of the people I spoke to was able to detect that the NIC driver had to be uninstalled and reinstalled.  She referred me to Dell support since it was a Dell computer.  What extra step did she take?  She provided me with the phone number for Dell support!!

The Dell support person not only help me with the problem, but when I was at the point where I needed to speak with Verizon again, he took my phone number and offered to call me back in a 1/2 hour to ensure that the problem had been resolved.

I would expect this kind of support if the computer was brand new or maybe even up to a year or two old, but this computer is over five years old!  I think sometimes Tech Support anywhere gets a bad rap.  My experience in the last two weeks with Verizon and Dell have been excellent examples of great customer service.

		<description>I can agree with bad customer service but I have never had a problem with Best Buy. Direct TV on the other half I can relate. When we order movies on pay per view they do not show up on the bill until months later. On one certain month the bill would be a blast. They claimed there wasn't anything they can do. Arguing occured but we wanted to billed on the month we ordered the movie. We couldn't win. So we just prepare for the worst.</description>

Alot of times waitresses/waiters seem exhausted and really do not think of going all the way through good customer service skills. For instance, I once asked for a grilled chicken club at applebees and I asked for no cheese or barbeque sauce. Instead what do you know, they gave me the sandwich with cheese and barbeque sauce. The waitress told me that I could get another sandwich and pay double because I guess I touched it or check to see if it was the way I wanted it. I kept the sandwich but she wrote it down just as I said and still I got my food the way I did not want it. I sometimes have good servers and I always tip.</description>
