Alot of times waitresses/waiters seem exhausted and really do not think of going all the way through good customer service skills. For instance, I once asked for a grilled chicken club at applebees and I asked for no cheese or barbeque sauce. Instead what do you know, they gave me the sandwich with cheese and barbeque sauce. The waitress told me that I could get another sandwich and pay double because I guess I touched it or check to see if it was the way I wanted it. I kept the sandwich but she wrote it down just as I said and still I got my food the way I did not want it. I sometimes have good servers and I always tip.
